We are currently looking for a part-time weekend Building Maintenance Assistant who will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our beautiful community. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous building maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform a host of different general labor tasks including painting, repairing appliances, plumbing, and doing electrical work.
Responsible for some preventative maintenance and landscaping.
Scheduled for weekend coverage.
Keep busy with a combination of completing requests and performing preventative maintenance.
