About The Position

Anderson Automotive Group has an amazing opportunity available for a Building Maintenance and Repair Technician at our Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, South Carolina location to join our ever-growing company! This individual will be responsible for maintaining the facilities of our Toyota of Charleston dealership.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively build rapport with others within the organization, as well as outside vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail/email for assigned tasks, work orders and events held at locations
• Ability to initiate and lead process improvements

Responsibilities

• Ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services
• Directly perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
• Manage daily tasks and time efficiently
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance
• Maintain continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
• Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems
• Assist in special event setup and activities
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager
