Reporting to the Deputy Chief Facilities Officer, the Building & Grounds Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing building maintenance, grounds operations, preventive maintenance programs, renovations and capital assets across campus. This role leads and develops a skilled team, manages budgets and resources, drives operational excellence, and ensures safe, efficient and sustainable facilities that support the University’s mission of providing access to education, student success, community engagement and environmental stewardship. Through collaboration with campus partners, contractors and suppliers, this position plays a vital role in advancing UW-Green Bay’s strategic priorities, including student success, community connections, digital transformation and sustainability.
