About The Position
Ford & Toyota of Greenfield is seeking a dedicated Building & Facility Maintenance professional to join our team in Greenfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility, supporting a productive and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building or facility maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and general maintenance skills
- Experience plowing snow a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to promptly resolve problems
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facility areas
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes
- Support facility improvement projects as needed
