Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Great Leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel typically within WI
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
  • Operate with integrity and honor commitments throughout the whole project
  • Be a team player and share the same vision to meet goals
  • Be coachable and willing to learn new things

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings.
  • Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members.
  • Work with the project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines.
  • Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas.
  • Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors.
  • Keep supervisor informed of job progress.
  • Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site.
