About The Position

NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking a Building Enclosure Consultant (Project Manager) to join our Facilities & Building Enclosure Services team in Kennesaw, Georgia. This position is well suited for an experienced professional who values technical excellence, collaborative problem-solving, and building lasting client relationships. At NOVA, you will manage and support a wide range of building enclosure and roofing projects while working alongside knowledgeable colleagues in a respected, employee-focused organization committed to quality, safety, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in building enclosure and/or roofing consulting
  • Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems, including constructability, integration, durability, thermal performance, and long-term maintenance
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate technical findings to clients and project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; technical report writing is a key component of this role
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and technical oversight for building envelope, facilities, and roofing projects from initial assessment through completion
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout each project
  • Perform building enclosure assessments, including roofing, façade, and waterproofing evaluations, litigation support, field testing, and distress investigations
  • Conduct and/or oversee field investigations such as moisture intrusion evaluations, non-destructive testing, and fenestration/façade testing
  • Support the preparation of design and construction documents for roof replacement, building enclosure rehabilitation, glazing replacement, and related remediation efforts
