About The Position

The Building Engineer performs the day-to-day operation and maintenance tasks of the facility and equipment to keep building assets at the highest degree of care, value, and reliability. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site and have experience in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and overseeing repairs on all base building equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, security and emergency back-up systems.

Requirements

• Experience in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and overseeing repairs on all base building equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, security and emergency back-up systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for after hours emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance tasks of the facility and equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all building operating systems on the site.
• Arrange for repairs of all building operating systems on the site.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all base building equipment.
• Troubleshoot all base building equipment.
• Oversee repairs on all base building equipment.
