About The Position
The Building Engineer performs the day-to-day operation and maintenance tasks of the facility and equipment to keep building assets at the highest degree of care, value, and reliability.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for after hour emergency calls.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site.
- Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and overseeing repairs on all base building equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC, fire/life safety, security and emergency back-up systems.
