About The Position

The Engineer 1 (E1) works under the supervision of the Chief Engineer or their delegate. Duties include plumbing repairs and installation, use of Building Engines and property BAS/EMS systems, review and interpretation of building drawings, and compliance with facility-specific safety and hazardous-material procedures. The role also provides assistance to junior engineers and works with the Chief Engineer, management, teammates, vendors, tenants, staff, and visitors.
