About The Position

This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support to building enclosure staff within the region. The Associate Principal will oversee projects, conduct technical report reviews, and prepare and review proposals. A significant part of the role involves business development, assisting other staff in marketing services, and maintaining client interactions. Additionally, the position includes leading and coaching junior staff members and performing responsibilities at a regional level.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• Licensed or certified as at least one of the following: Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, or University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE.
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
• Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.
