About The Position
The Building Automation Systems Technician II services, troubleshoots, and repairs building automation and building management systems. The role diagnoses and resolves issues involving HVAC controls and direct digital control (DDC) systems, and supports control-system integration and programming. The technician also assists engineering and project teams with larger projects. Platforms may include Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, and ABB.
Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
- Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC controls and DDC systems.
- Support integration and programming of control systems.
- Assist with larger projects alongside engineering and project teams.
