About The Position

This role involves on-site validation and commissioning of construction projects, troubleshooting and correcting system issues, loading and testing system databases, backing up databases, tuning systems, checking out and starting up control systems, and assisting with the creation of graphic interfaces and project documentation. The specialist will also coordinate and communicate with internal and external team members, and request and deliver materials as needed. A significant portion of the role (90%) will be dedicated to on-site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associates degree in related fields (EE, EET, Computer Science, ME, HVAC), or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and customer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, Power Point
• Basic understanding of networks
• Good conceptual aptitude
• Good understanding or desire to pursue career in Building Automation. (HVAC, Access Control, CCTV, or other building systems).

• Product or Industry knowledge is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Request and Deliver material as required
