You will integrate HVAC, lighting, energy management, and security systems into unified, high-performance environments. You will collaborate closely with our field operations team and clients on high-profile projects, including the Jaguars Sports Training Center, Universal Studios, and large-scale hospital and medical projects. Requirements

Experience with building automation systems (Niagara, Distech, ACAD preferred)
Knowledge of protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, energy, and security systems
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Degree in engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach as needed.
Ability to walk active job sites, including climbing stairs and ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to wear required PPE during site visits.

Responsibilities

Design and implement building automation systems based on project needs
Integrate HVAC, lighting, security, and energy platforms
Create system schematics, wiring diagrams, and control sequences
Program controllers, sensors, and automation devices
Support final commissioning and provide technical assistance to field teams and end users
Stay current with industry standards, technologies, and best practices
Ensure projects meet safety codes and regulatory requirements
