About The Position

Join our team as a Building Automation Service Specialist in the Columbus, OH area and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Hands-on BAS or HVAC controls experience (service, installation, or commissioning)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (HVAC + electrical systems)
  • Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and team oriented
  • Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations
  • Proficiency with integration protocols (BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations
