An ATS Service Sales Engineer is responsible for developing long-term business-to-business relationships with ATS Waypoint customers. This role involves working with customers to define the scope and pricing for multi-year service support agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvement projects, and training. The customer base includes data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.

Requirements

  • AA Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Building Mechanical systems experience
  • Professional business to business sales experience
  • Experience in the Building Controls industry
  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communications and interactive skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Responsibilities

  • Sell multi-year customer Service Support Programs - ability to discuss the benefits of ATS Waypoint’s service offerings and customize a Service Support Program (Support Agreement) to meet the needs and the budget of the customer
