About The Position

Kaeser is seeking an energized and reliable individual to fill the position of Building and Groundskeeper. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office building's interior and grounds, ensuring a safe and well-kept work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years work experience with lawn care equipment.
High degree of professionalism.
Good communication skills/phone skills required.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
Regular physical attendance to at the worksite.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional.
Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces.
Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables.
Clean mirrors and windows.
Stocking supplies in the coffee stations, copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed.
Respond to emergency cleaning requests quickly and with a professional manner.
Grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching and snow removal.
Safely operating and maintaining powered equipment including tractor, zero turn mower, push mowers, backpack blower, weed eaters, etc.
Performing other various facilities and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facility Engineer and/or Special Projects Supervisor.
Adhering to the Company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
Learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.
