About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Building and Grounds Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Wind River Environmental services and maintains a broad array of non-hazardous liquid waste systems, including grease traps, septic tanks and related waste systems. Headquartered in Marlborough, MA we offer a full suite of services to business, residential and municipal customers throughout the East Coast. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to operate and maintain equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools
Drive the company vehicle to retrieve parts and supplies as needed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs and repairs
Any other duties as assigned by management
