About The Position

Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined mindset
  • Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proven ability to stay organized
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download / upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools and call quality.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
  • Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
  • Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needs
