As a member of our new construction operations team, you will be responsible for completing low voltage wiring runs for a variety of residential products. As the construction phase progresses, you’ll trim these wire runs to accommodate specific build options, including smart home and security devices, audio and entertainment systems, and more. You’ll need to interpret housing plans accurately to run wires in a construction environment. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality installations that welcome new homeowners, while adhering to company standards and safety regulations, is essential.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience performing similar duties, preferably in home security, cable TV, telephone service, electrical or low voltage wiring industries preferable.
- Experience with power tools as well as handheld tools preferable.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality work, free from defects, reflecting the design plan.
- Maintain professional customer relationships with onsite project managers, superintendents and contractors.
- Ensure accurate control of assigned inventory and utilization.
- Accurately complete work orders, time records and maintain assigned construction schedule.
- Ability to obtain trade licenses and registrations in accordance with State and local regulations as required.
