About The Position

Elite Flooring, proudly part of Artisent Floors, is a leading floor covering contractor serving national and regional homebuilders, commercial and general contractors, and multifamily apartment communities. We deliver high-quality flooring solutions backed by responsive service, strong industry expertise, and long-term customer partnerships. We are looking for a self-motivated Builder Account Manager who is ready to manage a fast-growing book of business. The Builder Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. They will focus on increasing revenue to meet and exceed the profitable growth objectives in support of the company’s overall goal.

Requirements

• Outstanding face-to-face client communication skills required
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mathematical and Excel skills

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of existing business
• Communicate with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and met
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients
• Resolve customer complaints in a quick efficient manner
• Forecast future growth opportunities
• Local representation at industry association and client events
