Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
The Build Project Manager will plan, support, and where applicable, execute engineering deliverables for the Salt & Consumer Brands business. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the project management and engineering field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years experience in engineering, project management, operations

Responsibilities

• Integrates engineering, construction, commissioning, risk, schedule, cost, and quality requirements through stage-gated governance.
• Integrates project-control information into cost, schedule, risk, forecast, variance, and governance decisions for capital execution
• Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems or the causes of component failures.
• Direct field execution through constructability planning, contractor coordination, and turnover to meet safety, quality, and readiness expectations.
• Support development, prioritization and effective execution of a site’s capital portfolio.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
