About The Position

Requirements

• 2 years experience with heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating construction vehicles including backhoes, skid steers, and small loaders
• Drywell experience
• OSHA 10

Responsibilities

• Construct drainage structures using mortar and PVC pipe
• Work closely with and communicate effectively with the Crew Lead and team members
• Provide support to Build and Lid crews as assigned
• Read and interpret survey plans and drawings for accurate execution of tasks
• Operate construction vehicles including backhoes, skid steers, and small loaders
• Safely load and unload equipment at job sites
• Assist with trenching and excavation work as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE procedures on job sites at all times
