Requirements

Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a sales role.
Previous dealership sales experience a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality.
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Previous dealership sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
Assist customers in selecting the ideal BUICK GMC vehicle to match their needs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and follow-ups.
Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
Maintain a strong product knowledge of BUICK GMC vehicles.
Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love.
Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.
