Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays is also necessary to meet production demands. Previous experience in manufacturing, body shop, paint prep, or automotive settings is preferred, along with the ability to use hand tools, sanding equipment, and preparation materials safely. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and willingness to cross-train.
