About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform and train on all Buffer Prep Operator I responsibilities while demonstrating increased independence, consistency, and ownership in daily operations. You will also support advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations. Additionally, you will complete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.
• 2 years manufacturing experience
• Lifting and moving material and equipment of 50 lbs. or less. Working with large barrel dollies as needed and exhibiting safe practices.

Nice To Haves

• Documentation experience in a GDP environment.
• Wearing PPE; up to and including hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, and boot covers.
• 1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.
