Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, investigating, documenting and resolving any issues or concerns that arise with pick totes, utilizing WM and Dematic systems
  • Communicate with Digital Pick and Pack floors
  • Manage flow of totes to sorters as directed by Pack Floor
  • Solve problems/troubleshoot systematic issues (Dematic and WM) and mechanical issues (i.e. jams, line stoppages, etc.)
  • Develop, create and analyze detailed log of any issues with problem totes
