Requirements
- Previous dispensary or cannabis industry experience
- Experience with POS systems or inventory management
- Passion for cannabis education and wellness
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Cannabis knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must meet all state requirements to work in the cannabis industry
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and more
- Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations
- Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Create a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Stay informed on new products, strains, and industry trends
