About The Position
Now Hiring: Part-Time Budtenders at Embr Noho! We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders who are ready to grow their careers in the cannabis industry. As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
- Must pass a background check (CORI)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
- Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
- Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
- Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
- Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
- Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws
