About The Position

Love cannabis and love people? Turn that passion into a career. Swade is looking for budtenders at our dispensary in Rolla, Missouri. As a Budtender (Product Specialist), you’ll be the face of Swade—guiding customers to the right products, sharing your cannabis knowledge, and delivering the kind of experience that turns first-time visitors into regulars.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in high-volume retail, customer service, or sales.
Genuine passion for cannabis and for helping people.

Nice To Haves

Prior dispensary or cannabis industry experience is a big plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Consult with customers on their needs—asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and recommending the right products, strains, and formats.
Share expert product knowledge on cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and infused products.
Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, and keep your assigned cash register balanced.
Protect customer privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
Use our seed-to-sale software and follow individual purchase limits and all state and local regulations.
Participate in ongoing training on cannabis concepts, sales techniques, and new products.
Perform opening and closing duties, attend daily pre-shift meetings, and help with inventory as needed.
Keep the dispensary and your work area clean, organized, and on-brand.
Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Supervisors, and be an ambassador for Swade at all times.
