About The Position
Embr Noho, a premier dispensary in Western Massachusetts operated by Apical, Inc., is seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Part-Time Budtenders. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cannabis who enjoy connecting with people and are looking to grow their careers in the cannabis industry. Budtenders are the primary point of contact for customers, educating and guiding them through the dispensary's selection of cannabis products to ensure a positive experience and the right product choice.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
- Must pass a background check (CORI)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
- Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
- Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
- Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
- Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
- Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws
