About The Position

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

Requirements

Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
Must have reliable transportation to store

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
Greeting and checking in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Assisting customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
Encouraging sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and having a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Upholding the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
Upholding visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
Maintaining a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
