About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Overnight Drive-Through Budtender to join our cannabis dispensary team. This position is dedicated exclusively to overnight Drive-Through Services and requires consistent availability for late-night and early-morning shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the drive-through window, assisting patients with product selection through knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with state and federal regulations. As an Overnight Drive-Through Budtender, you will play a critical role in maintaining a smooth, secure, and customer-focused experience during overnight operations while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Experience in retail sales and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must pass all required background checks
Must possess valid driver's license or state ID
Must be available to travel 10% of the time
Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
Must have open availability which includes nights and weekends
This is a dedicated overnight position for Drive-Through Services, including late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations.
Experience with METRC and other cannabis tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Educate customers on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including product displays, shelves, and inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
Follow all state and federal regulations related to cannabis sales and consumption.
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis industry trends and products.
Attend training sessions and keep up to date on industry developments.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
