About The Position

FLOWER CO. operates a licensed cannabis delivery service and retail dispensary. The company is looking for Budtenders to join our close knit, customer-focused team to help us supply San Francisco and the greater Bay Area with the best buds on the market! The type of people who do well in this role are customer service oriented, have a positive and professional attitude, are dedicated to making our customers happy, and have a passion for cannabis products.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 21
Fluid with Point of Sale and other business software systems or experience with e-commerce software
Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize issues
Action and results-oriented
Ability to work weekly morning and night shifts, including weekends
Have excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Punctual and able to support specific department KPIs

Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert on FLOWER CO. operations and services
Be a subject matter expert on cannabis practices and products
Keep Cannabis products and other inventory stocked and tidy on the shelves
Help guide customers to products that fit their needs
Assist with delivery pick and pack
Operate POS and cash handling
Complete daily tasks and roll out new systems and features
Following company standard operating procedures, creating and updating as needed
Abide by all cannabis regulations & compliance procedures
Report all violations to Operations Managers
Help keep our workspace clean and organized
Friendly, effective communication with customers, peers, supervisors, managers, etc.
