This role is crucial for reconnecting with lapsed customers, understanding their reasons for leaving, and demonstrating the value Quality Roots offers. Unlike typical call center jobs, this position focuses on building relationships through personalized conversations, leveraging customer data to make interactions meaningful. The representative will manage a daily call queue within a custom CRM, logging all interactions and tracking outcomes. This is a unique opportunity in cannabis retail, emphasizing genuine customer service and relationship building over high-pressure sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Cannabis knowledge.
  • Confidence in using POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Experience in cannabis retail, customer service, or outbound calling.
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Reliable and self-directed, able to hit daily targets.
  • Detail-oriented in logging calls and maintaining the queue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a structured daily call queue within the company's custom CRM.
  • Contact lapsed customers to understand their reasons for leaving.

  • Serve as a customer service touchpoint in every call.
  • Offer personalized promotions when appropriate, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Log all calls and track outcomes accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized call queue.
  • Provide feedback on the outreach system and customer interactions.
