The Budget Coordinator is an integral part of the Jenkins Plumbing construction process. This role works closely with our estimating department and field offices to ensure that a complete set of specifications is provided before work begins on each lot. The Budget Coordinator monitors builder purchase orders and schedules, and promptly notifies the appropriate departments of any changes to specifications or fixtures in a timely manner. This position also works with builders, field supervisors, and internal teams to maintain budget accuracy from the start of construction through final billing.
