Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of budget management.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Manages billing processes for invoice payment, including detailed review of all media buys, as well as ad agency estimates and purchase agreements
  • Verifies that all media invoices align with approved media buys and all TV and/or radio spots ran in programming or daypart purchased, with correct creative, correct cost per spot/impression
  • Utilizes Financial Accounting System, Dynamic AX to create annual purchase agreements and purchase orders
  • Provides clarification and communications to senior management on billing-related matters
  • Works closely with advertising agencies
