Managing large budgets, the Budget Analyst I helps identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, foster innovation, and research changes to enhance revenue or reduce expenditures. Contributes to the preparation and submission of ADOT’s budget request to the Office of Strategic Planning and Budget (OSPB) and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC). Conducts research that provides valuable insights for informed decision-making and leading various ongoing projects, including the monthly Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP) execution, legislative reporting, and revenue forecasting. May also serve as a Division Financial Officer as needed. This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (Two (2) days per week in the office).
