About The Position
Provides budget and financial analyst support to ONR Code 32, executing ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers and supporting the annual phasing and planning process. Assists Program Officers in developing spend plans and forecasts burn rates against benchmarks and phasing plans. Supports planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation of departmental finances and budget calls, and assists in responding to data calls concerning financial aspects of programs.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of budgeting experience in S&T and R&D programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Excel)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
