As NASA’s largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for a Budget Analyst join the JETSII Contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field or in a related area.
  • Bachelors in Business Administration preferred.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage development of business models and practices to support branch infrastructure, facilities, labs, and workforce
  • Define or leverage processes and metrics that track progress toward branch initiatives, branch projects, and organizational goals
  • Standardize products, templates, and reporting structures across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Coordinate contract modifications, funding actions, deliverable tracking, and scope alignment
  • Manage and review monthly reviews with branch management and TCMs
  • Initiate and oversee improvements to business management processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and organizational performance
  • Maintain integrated project spreadsheet and track it against monthly 533 reporting data to ensure alignment
  • Work with the TCMs to ensure the monthly financial data aligns with content in the integrated schedule
  • Track procurements and report actuals to plan
