This position involves developing, executing, and monitoring budgets to ensure optimal financial resource allocation. The role requires a blend of financial analysis and oversight of transactions and vouchers, including reviewing financial data for trends, monitoring spend plans, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. A key responsibility is the comprehensive review, validation, and reconciliation of financial transactions and vouchers across multiple customer systems, ensuring documentation, funding alignment, compliance with fiscal law and customer guidance, and timely discrepancy resolution. The analyst must ensure all transactions are accurate, auditable, and properly recorded, maintaining accountability for funds throughout the execution lifecycle. This role also oversees the development, execution, and monitoring of budgets, spend plans, contracts, and financial commitments to meet operational needs. Success requires a strong understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) financial execution processes, managing complex financial details, supporting expenditure forecasting, and upholding fiscal oversight in a dynamic environment.
