Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS) provides essential information to stakeholders to guide financial and operational decision making. BFS is responsible for the management of all agency financial activities including Accounting, Budgeting, Contractual Agreements, Financial Systems, Grants, and Payroll. The division consists of the Budget Section, the Accounting Section, the Financial Systems and Payroll Section, and the Contracting Section. This position contributes to the agency's mission as the primary budget analyst for the Commercial Vehicle Division, the Motor Carrier Safety Division, and the Property Management Division by providing support to management and ensuring that the agency's mission is accomplished in a fiscally responsible manner that meets the overall needs of the Washington State Patrol and the Office of Financial Management.
