Requirements

• One year of experience as a Budget Analyst I; or Two years of experience in technical budget administration work, and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job setup forms and enter future funding requests into planning systems
• Compile financial data and create reports to present funding status and projections
• Complete cost codes, closeout entries, and reconciliations in JD Edwards
• Evaluate budget revisions, confirm allocations, and resolve discrepancies
• Review and approve contract adjustments and ensure accurate system updates
• Analyze grants, time samples, and monthly or quarterly financial reports
