About The Position

The BU SIOP Leader is the owner of the business operating system, responsible for transforming and governing the end-to-end SIOP process across BU FLOW. This role integrates demand, engineering, operations, and finance into one single plan and ensures execution excellence as a competitive advantage. The objective is not to run a planning process — but to run the business through SIOP. The business scale is $1.0B+ revenue scope across BU FLOW, with the majority of value in CTO and ETO models. The operational footprint is a global multi-site network across Americas, EMEA, APAC, with a mix of STD, CTO, ETO sites and service centers, including several high-complexity, mixed-model sites. Complexity drivers include a multi-model supply chain (STD, CTO, ETO), engineering as a core constraint, shared resources across product categories, and mixed-site structural complexity. BU FLOW is primarily a CTO/ETO-driven business, and SIOP is the governing system enabling execution excellence. This is not a planning role, but a business leadership position that owns the execution system of the BU.
