Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last two years (new college graduate). Preference for engineering, data science, or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt across new teams, domains, and tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to leadership.
• Collaborative approach and eagerness to build cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Strong AI skills — hands-on experience applying AI/ML, generative AI, or data-automation tools to real problems
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, or Power BI.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in a technical, product, or business-operations setting.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real business and operations projects in each rotation, delivering tangible results your host team can act on right away.
• Analyze data and business problems, translate findings into clear recommendations, and support decision-making.
• Apply modern tools — including leveraging AI and automation — to streamline processes, accelerate analysis, and drive efficiency.
• Partner across functions and organizations, building relationships and learning how teams collaborate to deliver.
• Ramp quickly on new domains, taking ownership of assignments with increasing independence.
• Present project outcomes and learnings to program leadership and the steering committee at regular checkpoints.
• Engage actively in program development, mentorship, and the cross-cohort catalyst community.
