About The Position

The BSN Program Coordinator position is a full-time position that reports to the Associate Dean of Nursing. The BSN Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher
  • Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Georgia or in one of the eNLC compact states.
  • Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.

  • Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.

Responsibilities

  • Organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness of the program.
  • Teaches within his/her assigned area
  • Works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction.
  • Plans, implements and carries out faculty training and development.
