About The Position

The BSN Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness, including instructor supervision. Also, the Program Director teaches in his/her assigned area, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, is responsible for faculty training and development, and coordination and administration of the academic program for achievement of student outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher
  • Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Tennessee or in one of the eNLC compact states.
  • Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
