The BSBBHC Partnerships and Program Manager resides in the Department of Behavioral Health Services at Boston Public Schools, reporting to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services. The BSBBHC Partnerships and Program Manager is responsible for grants management, partnerships, workforce development, and program evaluation to advance the mission of the Boston Public Schools. This position will support the functioning of the Boston School-Based Behavioral Health Collaborative (BSBBHC) and Behavioral Health services, including partnership development, data collection, and professional development for MH partners and mental health service providers in BPS. The mission of the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) department includes providing prevention, at-risk, and intensive services and support to all schools. By providing an array of services, including professional development, consultation, crisis intervention, and direct services, the BHS department has led the behavioral health work in the district. The development of community partnerships is fundamental to this mission. Partnerships include: mental health agencies, city and state agencies, hospitals, universities, and community-based partners. To accomplish that end, BHS leads the Boston School-Based Behavioral Health Collaborative (BSBBHC). Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is at the center of BHS's work.
