About The Position

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about education and helping students navigate the highly competitive BS/MD and BS/DO admissions process. Working alongside a College Advisor, the BS/MD Advisor will mentor high school students throughout the application process, helping them develop school lists, craft compelling "Why Medicine?" essays, brainstorm and edit supplemental essays, prepare for interviews, and provide strategic guidance from start to finish. Advisors who have firsthand experience navigating these programs are uniquely positioned to guide students through the process. The goal is to help students submit polished, authentic applications that align with their academic profile and long-term goals.
