Summer 2027 Brokerage Sales Internship
About The Position
This internship sits within Tradeweb's Brokerage Sales team, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. It offers a rotational experience across multiple desks throughout the summer. Through these rotations, you’ll gain exposure to different products, markets, and clients while developing a broader understanding of Tradeweb’s Wholesale business and the role our brokers play within the financial markets. At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program. During your internship, you’ll be encouraged to explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within your area of the business. Whether through dedicated project work or your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to think differently, challenge existing processes, and contribute ideas that can help shape how we work in the future.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any industry
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
- Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Be motivated by team work
- Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure
Responsibilities
- Work with technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Participate in traditional classroom-settings and project-based work.
- Get involved with the products and services the firm is working on.
- Build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.
- Gain exposure to different products, markets, and clients through rotations.
- Develop a broader understanding of Tradeweb’s Wholesale business and the role brokers play within financial markets.
- Explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within your area of the business.
- Contribute ideas that can help shape how we work in the future.
