This role works within the Surety Center of Excellence team on servicing of new and renewal business. You’ll respond to client requests, coordinate with internal teams, and keep Brokers and Supervisors updated on issues and progress. The position also helps identify client needs to inform product development, maintains client relationships, and trains new staff to ensure smooth team operations. Depending on experience, you may review bond and banking documents, interpret agreements of indemnity, and analyze financial statements using industry-specific metrics.
